Idea's for a 2 week trip in April

Just thought i'd stick the feelers out and find out what your ideas are!

I'm looking to get away on the bike over the Easter break 2017 and wondered where is reasonable to go to within a 2 week window?

I live in Norway presently and thought about travelling down to Croatia in search of Easter sunshine. My only doubt is the time it will take and also travelling through Austria during April due to snow.

If you only have 2 weeks you would lose a lot of that time already by crossing europe to get there. You could consider putting your bike on a car train. ÖBB have services from Hamburg to Vienna.
That's almost 1000km of riding saved will you sleep.
