Italy gravel routes ?
 

Hi folks,
have heard that from this year offroading on gravel roads is forbiden without special permison? Is that a true? Cannot belive that
additional papers will need to reach Sommeiller, Jafferau, Mullattiera, Frejus etc.
Does anyone have updated informations?

Hi, I have been several times to Italy and nearly all inter-village roads are paved and the few which are not paved have a sign forbidding the entrance to any vehicle (it says something like due to law Nº...). It seems that Italy is not the best country for offroad biking or driving a 4X4.
