Motorcycle Insurance
 

Hi All,

I believe this question has been asked many times in the past but I am seeking a quick reply to purchase insurance for my motorcycle (650 cc).

I am now in Turkey and I bought a local insurance when I entered Turkey.

Next I am going to Greece, Albania, Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Slovenia, Italy, France and Spain and I am looking for a 3 months insurance from Jul to Sep 2014 covering all these countries.

I am a non European citizen.

Appreciate your advise on the process and also good/reliable insurance providers.

There are basically three (3) reliable broker/ providers:

Mototouring - GreenCard insurance for non european vehicles
Green Card
TourInsure - tailormade insurance cover for you and your bike!

Read the instructions, pay and get the 'Green Card' insurance document from
any of them, preferably BEFORE you cross the border/ enter Greece from
Turkey

I have been e-mailing a few times to Mototouring to purchase the green card for my non European vehicle but they never reply. Anyone knows if they are still in business?

No information that they are not in business. In business and reliable for
decades. Speculation/ guess that they're late to reply because it's the
height of the tour/ rental season, both domestic & overseas. Try a phone call.

One Ms Gloria from Mototouring had just replied my email. It seems they never receive my application, so she is sorting it out for me.

I made payment of Euro 223 for a period of 3 months.
