Looking for advice on shipping from England to Norway and cannot find ferry to get from Newcastle area to Bergen has anyone had luck catching a ride on ship

Dfds run a ro-ro service from imingham to brevik,

I have a boat that will take me "rat bike" over to Norway from Scotland. Is there anything I need to know, special like? I just want to ride for a few weeks. I have insurance

No problems. If your insurance is valid and you take the bike out within three months.

Bike Olin bound
 

I just dropped off the bike for shipment to Olin or Stavanger, depends on where the boat stops! I noticed this morning it did not want to start. I hope it holds out for the 2 months I am there!
