Rostock - Helsinki ferry
 

Hi

Will be using the above ferry this June for the first time, any good or bad points ??? and will be '' sleeping '' on a reclining seat , how good are they ? and how expensive is the on board food and drink ?

Hi.

I took the ferry in June last year. Same set-up as you. Sleeping.... Not a big area. If you can get there early-ish and "claim" a patch of floor to spread your sleeping and buy some ear plugs. Its not comfy, but it will do and its a lot cheaper.

Ferry is not big and so you'll soon see the whole thing. Food can be bought from a number of places of differing value, but count on 10-15 euros per meal. Take a good book and sit in the lounge all day....

In a nutshell i was a bit bored...but it gets you there...
