Got to be worth ago. Anyway there seems to be various faint lights at the end of the tunnel with our local TRF at least.
Since NERC became law we've been getting the go-ahead to use more lanes that were originally thought lost. This has been due to the '5 year main user' clause within the legislation and the fact some lanes have legimately lodged claims for Byway status.
Theres still lots of good riding to be had so get out there!
