Turkey to Strasbourg
 

As the Green Card now covers Serbia I was considering this route, have any of you travelled it? I'll be in a car but won't have too much time for detours. I'd be interested any campsites en-route or reasonable hotels with secure parking.
Any border hassles, poor roads, security issues et cetera? I won't be stopping off in any large towns or cities.

I haven't a clue about the options for the Croatia to Strasbourg stage, so any suggestions welcome.
