Hi,
I'm planning to go to Lithuania in April next year. Can anyone tell me what the weather might be like at that time? Only a rough idea of the route, along the top of Germany and Poland.

There you will find average temp and rainfall per/month (average over last 50 years) for almost every place in the world.

Just take a few citty-name's (it works on citty level) from your route and check it.
