Venice to Glasgow
 

Hello everyone.

I am planning to travel on January from Venice to Glasgow :scooter: .

One of my biggest concerns is the pass from Alpes. Can you recommend some alternative routes in case the suggested one from google maps is blocked/full of snow .
Should I be worried for this scenario?

If the San Gotthard is blocked you could take the tunnel. NOte that there are routine closures for maintenance (check the days) and that occasionally it's closed for exceptional snow.

Plan B - Venice to Milan to Monaco, then through France.
