they should be fine - what pressure are you running at and are the tubes good quality

how old are the tyres ?

it could just be bad luck , are the punctures damaging the tyres ?

to go to twins would mean extending studs and finding more wheel rims

have you found a scrapyard and just try wheels, the solid iveco wheel will fit the front but not fit the back due to the size of the brake drum but would give you a spare

Hi running at 75 psi says this is the max on the tyre tyres were made 2 years ago but put on new for this trip. Michelin tubes inside so think I have done every think right so far. Gonna take a pickie and send to michelin for comment. thanks Mark
