Hi,
This might seem a bit obvious but you can un-staple the seat cover at the front and reduce the foam padding at the front of the seat, thereby reducing the seat height slightly. So at rest you sit at the front and at speed you shuffle further back along the seat for extra comfort. The seat cover is easily replaced using a cheap staple gun. Another cheap fix for an extra bit of height is get your boots resoled with an extra sole thereby increasing your standing height at rest. Both these cost very little and can add up to similar gains that are produced by a lowering kit and neither looks to bad, as long as they are slight changes.

Hi, you can also push down the fork a bit and lower the bike in the front, Dont know how to say in english, but where the front shocks connect with the handle bar u can push it through and fix it 1,5 cm lower. Togehter with lowering the seat its enough for my wife (160 cm tall)

have fun
Martin
