Anyone know their XR carbs?
 

Hi all,

Well I posted this over at ADV too but thought maybe I'd get a better answer here.

In a nutshell I want to change over the bolts for the floatbowel on my XR250 Tornado to allen heads.

It would have been smart to remove one and bring it home (my bike is in Chile I'm in the UK). I did that but not so smartly I lost it :doh

Are these carbs standard? Someone is saying A4 x M12? If anyone knows that'd be great as I'm not sure I can find them in Latin America.

The bolts you are looking for from checking a Parts Manual is a M4 (diameter) in a length of 14 millimeters or as the manual says a 4x14. None OEM bold usually comes from a length of 5 and increase in 5 each size, so you will find it in 15.
Manuals are easy to find all over the internet, take me faster just now than find my manual-CDs…
For sure you can find the Allen head bolts in Latin America, are you kidding?
