Hi,
The only after market cruise control I have found for the 2018 Africa Twin is from MC Cruise, copy and paste the following into your web browser:

The product is not cheap but, it is well designed and has all the safety features necessary. Be sure to get all the technical manuals if you choose to purchase and they do sell internationally. YouTube has several videos on this product across different bikes and there is one out there fitted to a 2016 AT, just search for mccruise cruise control.

Do a search for "vista cruise throttle lock". I had one on my DR650 in Africa. I liked it. I see this equipment also as a safety feature if you happen to crash offroad and injure your right arm.
