Dommie Generator problems
 

My 88 dommie started running rough ,stuttering and so on at low to mid throttle.
I did a quick check on the CDI plugs and it appeared that the pulse generator was faulty.
has anyone else encountered this problem?
I have since stripped the stator down and will either repair or replace the unit.
