Reggie,
Great report and photos (also on the Serow Forum) but where are the pics of the other ten ladies you lured into sitting on Team Cabra? http://s3.amazonaws.com/advrider/naughty.gif Can't reply to your pm, as I haven't contributed enough to the HU yet, but you can lift any of my images straight from the post: * right-click on the photo * then on Properties * copy and paste the URL in between the [IMG] tags in your own post or use the 'Insert Image' http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/hub...nsertimage.gif button. You can also go to my Smugmug gallery - there you can choose from different photo sizes - and follow the same procedure. Ela |

Good to meet you Leigh and D. It's always a bonus to have pleasant neighbours when camping. Hope to see you again next year when hopefully I won't be on my own. Paul |
Many thanks to everyone who organised a wonderful weekend in Ripley. Brilliant,

sorry dude, I wasn't watching, just saw some of the front end off earlier and the rear wheel off! Our mate with his DL1000 was well impressed with the KTM's and I reckon he'll be swapping for one soon! |
Great pics, Pumpy, which give a good flavour of the event. (p.s. Where are the March Moon ones???!!)
I'm looking forward to reading about your South America trip. Are you going to put a link to your blog on here? Debs |
I had a wonderfull event - great weather talks and people.
However for the third year running the bottom field had raw sewerage coming up! again and the stink was so bad. Many people had to pack up and move tents and it spoilt enjoyment of sitting chatting eating and drinking by our tents. I have camped for three years and its always been bad - but this year took the prize . I told the farm owners and they came out and said 'it ill be ok!!' and put tape around the area. I don't think it would be ok with risk of coming into contact with sewerage!? Please can someone ask Lumb farm to sort it out. Apart from that - it was a wonderful weekend. I'm sorry to moan (i haven't moaned the last two years) but it was rotton having to see and smell that. I can't tell you how nasty it was to camp in the bottom feild if the wind was in your direction! |

Had a great meet. See you all next year. Or even this year if the Autumn meet actually happens... :innocent: cheers Chris |
I wondered who would be first to suggest that Chris...
The reason we camp in teh botton feild is because our gang do talks and need to be near to the cars to get all the stuff they need to entertain you all x |
Thankyou too from one of the few with 4 wheels! Me and my lovely ladies 1st meet, and won't be the last! Professional and amateur all at the same time, if you know what I mean! We learnt so much from all the informative talks, and even more from being able to chat to so many who have done so much!
What an opportunity and inspiration. Although we offered to help at one point we were told no-one was needed, so thankyou to all who did, especially those unpaid but who essentially worked full time ALL weekend! :thumbup1::thumbup1::thumbup1: |

I did a talk also. I had a usb stick. Everything else was provided. Not sure how entertained my audience was :confused1:. Which talks did your gang do? cheers Chris |

Hi Sam,
Oh yes I definately made it, better late than never and as always had a great time. IMHO it's the best bike meet of the year. I'm so glad you had such luck with a donor and will well and truly keep my fingers crossed for you. Good luck mate and I look forward to reading the new book. You take care and all the best. Cheers Shaun. Quote:
