Any ideas for a September route around Iceland, up to 14 days. Cheers

Well, there aren't many alternatives to the ring road ...



Weather permitting, you can easily do that in a week. Add the Western Fjords and the Golden Circle, and you have program for a fortnight.

Route 35 is known to be doable w/o 4x4 or off-road experience. If you want to see the highlands and don't mind crossing a river or two, I'd recommend e.g. F88 to Askia for a start.
