buying a KLR - critical points to look for

Hi MC-travellers,

I on my way to buy a KLR 650C, 1998 - 4000 km.
Any input on critical points to look for specific for a KLR ?

You might check Big Cee's faq for the KLR. www.bigcee.com
It covers about as much about the KLR as any I have seen.
