Hi All, after reading Walkabouts post regarding no more kle's and my email to kwak uk, this is their reply
"Dear Mr Copsey,

May we thank you for your e-mail dated 24th September 2007.

However, we are pleased to confirm that the KLE500 will continue to remain available for 2008 and we have no intention to drop this model from our range at this present time.

Would be interesting to know how many units of the KLE that Kawasaki sell each year?.

They do the 650 versys now but that has no off-road thought at all. Mabey they will bring a more hard core 650 versys out in 2008.

Anyway, Long live our little best kept secret!!!!.



P.S T.D, what spot lights have you fitted to your kle and where did you wire into?

Hi Roy, Yes ! viva kle500:clap:the lights i fitted came from busters(Busters Motorcycle Accessories bottum of page 55watts each) and wired via fused relay from the battery, relay coil feed via h/bar switch from lighting circuit, just a note if you mont them how i did (upsidedown) you must take them apart and observe were the top goes, see pics elsewere

This is the best thing that I read today..

Last night I have a guest. Luuk and his friend. Two Dutch guys traveling to S.Afrika. Luuk has KLE500 and it looks quite happy with his bike.

yes i am rather pleased wıth it. and Oz thanks form inviting us. we had a great time.

oh, it is nice to hear from you luuk.. hope everything is ok. please send me the pics that you take (well the camera did it by it self on auto-shot mode:))
