Best GPS mount for 'over-dash' fitting on 640 ADV??

I wanna mount my Garmin Montana above the dash but not on a RAM mount as I have one and it 'flops' no matter how hard I tighten it.


Got any recommendations including McGuiver'ed solutions?

I use one of these fixed to the accessory space on a Lynx fairing on my 690, they are a bit cheaper on Ebay :thumbup1:

Aha, I have one of those but 'undrilled' from my windshield mount..



Looks like that was a simple matter to screw it direct to the accessory panel.. I'd have to make some kind of bracket I guess
