Selling Discovery made in 1990-1995
 
Hi all,
do you think it's easy to sell Discovery 2,5 made in 1990-95 in Africa?
I guess there shouldn't be any problem to sell Defender, but Discovery is a bit less sturdy.
I'm thinking about buying one preparing for a longer trip across Africa. Would you recommend a different car or model?

'96+ model with 300tdi or TD5 might be a better bet. When it comes to selling, Africa is a big place! As you are likely to have a carnet, you could sell to a Brit wanting to return the other way.

Get it insured for £££££, then drive it through somewhere dodgy and let it get taken off you at gunpoint by bandits. Then you can claim for it on the insurance.
