Twitter and blog active funding group Funds4Rescue are teaming up with Mountain Rescue England & Wales to create more funds for the volunteer service throught UK.
Using a R1200GS Adventure, F4R plans include Prince William (patron) to launch the bike in a full media mela just before his trip to S Africa (world cup). To be confirmed. The fund is hoping to increase public awarness and increase the services only funding stream via public donations. You can follow on twitter @Funds4Rescue

News MRS has had over 1200 calls registered in Christmas week for both hill walkers, climbers and people trapped in cars amd homes by the snow.

Over 3000 man hours logged in UK by voluteers 20 Dec -jan 7th Good job Chancellor does not have to pay for this, but VAT relief would be nice.
