Sad News: Simon Milward
If there is one person I know that has made a difference it is this man.
This just in about my round the world for charity friend Simon Milward. My friend Mike who keeps his site is liasing with FEMA and the mailing list he runs to consider the next step. Ref : http://www.millennium-ride.com/ Subject: Sad news about Simon Today, we received a phone call at FEMA office from a police officer in Mali, reporting that Simon Milward had passed away following a road accident. The accident took place on the afternoon of the 4th of March near the city of Kayes, and FEMA's was the only telephone number Simon had on him at that time. We called his family in the UK, and are presently liaising with the British Consulate in order to repatriate Simon' body to the UK. _________________ http://John.Rushworth.com |
