About
You can get to within 30 or 40 metres on the road that cuts between them, but only after you've paid the entry fee.

Also, visit the much less visited pyramids at Dashur. I was able to ride around several pyramids without seeing any tourists/touts, etc. The first pic on my website was taken by the Red Pyramid, again, no people or fences at all. I didn't climb on the pyramid of course, but I could get as close as I wanted. While visiting the Great Pyramid, I pulled off the road to get a picture of the bike/pyramid and was quickly told to move on by tourist police. H.

Baa Humbug,
If they don't have guns, you have a light bike and are good with heights take it to the top of one for the best Photo. Why be content with taking a picture of you ride NEAR one when you could be on TOP of one. LMAO but if you do get shot don't say I told you to do it.:innocent: |
somewhere
hello
of course there enough hotels. but when you want a campsite. There is one in the neighbourhood of the pyramids. I think 1 kilometer from it. But it is really difficult to find. But it is nice there. You can see the pyramids from your place. so that is great. bye brend |
