We found this web site with GPS tracks from Iran.

Can anyone that can read Farsi download me the off road tracks and send them by email? ( Bernardofeio@yahoo.com.br )

Once in something .kml (or .gpx) format I can have a look on them and select something useful

You can do this yourself easily.
Open your link using Google Chrome
There is an option to translate any page automatically - in this case Persian.
