Israel travel
 

I am planning an 8 day trip around Israel in mid August on rented bike during extended layover to US . I have never been to Israel before and plan to stay away from risky places and not to cross any borders. Would appreciate any suggestions and comments. Thanks

You will be surprised how safe and relaxed Israel is. Just remember that there is the Palestinian authority that entering to its place you will go across some check points that will give you all the info about what is ahead.
Not sure if you can rent a real motorcycle here. just a small cc mopped (Katnoa).
Anyhow Israel is so small that in 8 days you can see it 3 times.

I rented a motorbike in Israel several years ago and visited Israel and Palestine for one week, and I really enyoyed it.
It's incredible how many places westerns know of both countries by name.
