Jordan Visa at the Border ?
 

Hello Bikers
Is it possible to get a Jordan visa at the border in Aqaba ? I will leave from Newiba with my motorbike and plan to cross Jordan And Syria then to Turkey ... I am an Italian citizen ...Never visited Israel ..

It's very easy in Cairo (ebassy is in Doqqi) - just remember to take a photo and some cash.

In 2002 I did the same: I took the ferry-boat Nuweiba-Aqaba with my motorcycle without a Jordan visa. The visa was issued in Aqaba (at the port custom) with no problem in about an hour. I'm also an italian citizen.
But I read on this forum that now there are difficulties to get in Jordan with a bike. Two years ago we could pass the custom with our bike without any problem.

i dont think there is any bproblems to get into jordan with a bike,
i did it 1 year ago,was peice of cake,finished every thing like in 15 min.and they were to friendly,but to get out of jordan you have to pay a small amount (departure taxes or something like that)dont miss wadi rum or pitra,
