Motorcycle insurance in lebanon and syria
 

Hello group!
I was reading the notes on Lebanon and Syria.
I wanted to ask if anyone knows if the motorcycle insurance policy for Lebanon and Syria is necessary. Is it required in border areas and road checkpoints? Can you hire at the land border? Because the Green Card isn´t obligatory
And another query:
To be able to apply for a visa in Syria, at the land border: do they still request the security clearance issued by a travel agency?
