Has anyone traveled church to church?
 

For a money saving / difference making idea I thought about traveling from church to church on my way down through Central and South America. My idea was that I could plan out where various churches are located and ideally contact them ahead of time. I'd like to travel from church to church, camping on site and ideally spending a few days on site doing ministry work, construction or pretty much anything needed in exchange for food and a place to camp.

To the smarter crowd, does this sound like something that could work?

We are travelling in India and we asked hospitality to Hindu temples, Buddisth temple, Churches and even schools.
That worked for us I guess it could work also for you...
