Border insurance for 80-year old
 

My Spanish moto and car insurances automatically provide me with Moroccan civil auto liability (third party), so purchasing 'assurance frontier' is a subject I don't know much about.

A chap aged 81 has been going to Morocco since 1968 and has been told by someone that he can't get border insurance for his car on arrival at Tanger because he's over 80. Does anyone have a contact email for an insurance office near Tanger or Ceuta that I can check this out for him?

I completed an online application and it didn't ask for age, got a quote for one month moto cover for 968 dh.
