CB radio channel
 

As most of 4x4 driving in West Sahara have a CB radio I was wondering if there is an destinated channel for info, asking help, etc. Wouldn't be usefull to have one?

Most use of CB is between groups Travelling together, very little other traffic on the airwaves and no designated channel for general use.

In an emergency if you don't have a cell phone or other communication device then scanning CB channels for someone is probably the only option

Might be worth a check to see if they are legal before buying and displaying the gear.although widely used they are not legal in many ME countries and it would be a shame if a group of unsupported individuals spent a day or two detained while enthusiastic military lads tried to earn a stripe:D
