CIN number crossed out....
Hello all,
Last time in Morocco, my CIN was crossed out, after 5yrs it did get a bit hard to read. Just wondered if anyone else has had this done, and any problems on the next visit with the same passport. Thanks for any help, Mark |
The police will either give you a new number (it's a police control number, not a CIN) or look up your passport in their system and retrieve the old number.

Many thanks Tim, hope all is well with you.
Yes I know it's a police number, they had to annul my exit stamp and re-stamp exit 24hrs later after a customs hiccup. :) If we meet again, I'll share the story over a beer Cheers, Mark |
Thanks again Tim, easier than I thought, got a new number on the ferry and he even entered it on his laptop, no-one queried it in Tangier-Med.
Though after 5hrs in customs (the joys of taking goods to Maroc), probably got bored with me. :) Safe travels. |
