Thanks a lot

A really usefull post. I'm planning a trip for early next year to get my bum aclimatised before USA/CAN/SA trip. Hate to get all the way to the States and find out I can't meaga mileage anymore.
I'm not the most patient person in the world and this looks like it will save a load of time.
