Visited Morocco for the last time in 2010. Got a CIN- nummer, so I'll guess I am still in the database of Immigration.
This year my passport has been renewed, so I don't know the CIN nummer.
What to do with the following question on the formular:

CIN(Nationaux)
Etrangers résidant au Maroc
Etrangers non résidant ayant déjà visité le Maroc
Etrangers en première visite au Maroc

Fill in the 3th or 4th option?

I would take the 3rd option.

If you take your old passport with you, then sometimes they will transfer the police number over to the new one, but the normal process is to get a new number for a new passport, in which case it's option four above.
