Green painted ex-military vehicles allowed in Morocco?
 

Someone in southern Spain is asking me about an ex-mil G-Wagen still in original army green being allowed into Morocco. To save time I'm asking for them.
It's been converted to a camper and looks like one, but it's still green.
Does anyone know if they'll have problems?
I'm sure it's been asked here before but rules may have hardened/changed.
I know years ago I overpainted my 101FC for similar reasons, but that was Algeria.

I Don’t think it’s a problem any more

Overlandbirds just entered Mauritania after 3 months in Morocco in their Landrover ambulance camper in military green and I know another ex army green truck was there early October without any issues

I met a couple traveling with a landrover military ambulance in 2017. The military vehicule itself was not a no problem entering in Morocco and going down the west coast of Africa.


If you think you will be bored at the border, put a world map on your truck showing "West Sahara" on it. You will have more entertainment from officials
