Hi Ventodue. Everytime I go to Morocco (5 times so far) I spend the night before crossing at AC Algeciras Hotel:
http://www.marriott.com/hotels/trave...5-54ba596febe2 It's a 4 star hotel, with garage, and it's quite near to the ferry (about half a mile ). Regards from Spain |

Any other suggestions, anyone? I've tried a few places, but secure parking seems to be a problem ... TIA Craig |
It's about 65€ per night, breakfast and parking included.

When are you planning to be in Algeciras? I can share my parking space with you if you want, it is 15 Km to Algeciras.

Stick 'Casa Bernardo Macias' into Google Maps. It's on the A7 just east of Algeciras at junction 116. Restaurant, bar, hostel and also bungalows.
The bungalows are about €28 for two people and if you get one of the bungalows facing away from the motorway (quieter) you can park the motorbikes right outside the door and the whole area is protected by surveillance cameras. Decent inexpensive food and good menú del dia. |

@ Choutas: Thanks, a kind offer. However, I think Tim may have come up with an answer! But thanks. Saludos Craig |
I have just been at Hotel Mirador del Estrecho (Hotel Mirador del Estrecho en Alegciras, Cádiz - Web Oficial). Check in Booking.com. Nice, with closed garage, and conveniently located near the ferry terminals.
Have a good journey! Cutrex |
Thanks Cutrex. That too looks interesting - appreciated.

i'm up with Cutrex
i have been there more than 10 times, no problem to arrive or leave in the middle of the night if you need to catch an early ferry. Nice food and friendly people |
