Route suggestions from TangerMed to Stage P / Anergui

I'll be traveling from Belgium with our Iveco Daily 4x4 camper to drive the TMT between Dec 10th and Jan 20th.

I'm looking for route suggestions between TangerMed and Stage P / Anergui between Dec 10th and 19th...

I always heard that Meknes is far more pleasant than Fez.

To bad on the timing, would have loved to join a fellow belgian on the trail.
