Taking a 4x4 truck into Morocco
 

Does anyone know if i am likely to encounter any bureaucratic hassle at customs, arriving tangier med with my 4x4 seven tonne overland truck. I did it in a motorhome and the process was quick and without hassles... but just wondering if size makes a difference !

ps if anyone needs something bringing urgently i will be traveling germany, france, spain in around two weeks time and have a bit of space

Morocco is no problem for trucks, it's a favorite overland truck destination...

(mine's 16 tonnes, never had hassle)

No worries at all. We went via Cuta, but no problems.

I would add that we had hassle as our truck is an ex-military, still in its original colours.

We promised to spray paint it before reaching Western Sahara ... the suggestion from the Ceuta-crossing border commander was 'I love Morocco'!
