BMW Motorrad Navigator 3 - USB connection problem
 

Hi everyone,

Having trouble getting my BMW Motorrad Navigator 3 to be recognised by my laptop.

Error msg: USB device not recognised (laptop)

Updated versions of Mapsouce & communicator installed on XP.
GPS physically works as normal on bike.
Have previously had the same GPS talking beforehand.
GPS purchased in Australia.

Unable to update USB drivers or get Mapsource to 'find device' to up/download maps. Have tried connecting to other computors with same error message.

Has anyone had/overcome this problem previously.
