ADVTracks is a place for adventure bikers, motorcycle tourists, and everyone in between. We’ve decided to share our motorcycle travelling stories, practical information, photos/videos and GPS tracks with everyone. Join, pick a country or a region, download a GPS track and ride!

We hope ADVTracks will develop into a community of adventure and holiday riders and we welcome everyone who loves exploring Europe on two wheels. It doesn’t matter where you’re headed, what matters is that you share! Read and upload your own ride reports, GPS tracks, route suggestions, and practical tips as well as photos and videos from your rides.

ADVTracks is designed exclusively for motorcycle riders. Our main purpose is to become a reliable social network of motorcycle riders, where members share their GPS tracks as well as their riding experience, adventures, advice, and where they can find new friends and riding buddies.

This project is young, and it‘s managed by a very enthusiastic team of adventure riders.

ADVTracks perks:
- Open, quick and easy registration using native ADVTracks.eu user accounts, Facebook or Twitter social network accounts.
- Page uses OpenStreetMap (OSM) because it is open source, community-driven map which has more off-road tracks and highest accuracy as it‘s beeing updated more frequently. These are the main reasons for choosing OSM instead of Google Maps.
- All posts have access control – open (everybody can see it), private (only owner can see it) and hidden (only users with URL can see it).
- Three types of markers can be added to GPS tracks – photo, Youtube video, and text. Marker count is not limited.
- Ability to follow and be followed by other users
- Unlimited count of GPS track markers
- Unlimited count of photos in photo gallery

Agrafa Mountains, Greece

Agrafa Mountains in Greece is a region rarely visited by tourists. Agrafa literally means uncharted, and the whole region is still very scarcely populated. Dirt tracks, gravel, rocky goat paths and forgotten mountain passages are in abundance, making it an absolute adventure riding paradise.

Bartang Valley Road, Tajikistan

Tajikistan is definitely the most impressive of all the Stans, and the Bartang Valley Road is easily the most stunning in the Pamirs. There is a paved road going around the valley now, but if you want to cross it there’s no other way except for the Bartang Road – and most of the time, it’s not really much of a road. Fast flowing river crossings, mudslides, football – sized boulders in the streams, sand, mud, sketchy bridges, waterlogged tracks, insane climbs – it’s definitely a tough ride.

Death Road (Bolivia)
The road is mostly rock, stone, and gravel, and it's easier going up than down. The curves are sometimes incredibly steep, so people honk their horns to warn each other; and at times, the road gets so narrow it's impossible to pass an oncoming car or bike. There are no guard rails or fences, and if you don't make the turn, then that's pretty much it - sheer drop is at times 500 - 600 meters.

Riding is ridiculous fun. But knowing where to ride isn’t always that easy: while there are lots of destination suggestions, ride reports and detailed travelers’ blogs out there, what if you just want to download a GPS file and go? The good news is, the final version of ADVTracks has arrived – and we’re here to help.

ADVTracks is the new platform of motorcyclist – friendly social media. Our website enables adventure riders to upload GPX tracks, photos, videos and ride reports and share them with everyone. Riders are welcome to browse tracks from all over the world and download them straight to their navigation devices – completely free of charge!

How does it work? The registration (also available via Facebook/Twitter/Google) takes less than forty seconds. Once the user is registered, he or she then creates a profile and can start browsing and downloading GPS files of both on and off - road tracks from anywhere in the world. Members can follow and like each other’s tracks, photos, videos, and ride reports, and chat to each other on the instant messenger.

Community driven. As the number of our membership grows, so does the database of available GPX tracks!
Diverse. We store GPX tracks from all over the world including such adventure riding destinations as Bolivia, Bhutan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Afghanistan, and so on. You name it – we’ve got it!

ADV Tracks has the look and feel of a new social media platform with instant access to other members’ profiles and GPX tracks, ‘like’ and ‘follow’ functions, instant messenger, and privacy settings: your ride report, photos and GPX tracks can be public, private, or shared private (only members with a special link can view it). The updated ‘search’ function now allows members to find specific GPX tracks using keywords, countries, cities, and so on in the search criteria.

Ampoi Valley and Arieşului Valley

The water courses draining the eastern Apuseni Mountains, Ampoi and Arieş Rivers, define this circuit. In addition to the landscape, there are all the attractions from Rimetea basin and Citadel Alba Carolina. The city of Alba Iulia begins this route and the main objective of the city is the bastionary citadel equipped with three defence systems, shaped like an irregular heptagon, with 7 bastions bestowing the star shape.

Greece: Karpenisi - Fourna - Agrafa

That's a really beautiful route through the dense fir forests of the area. It's more enjoyable on a light enduro bike but it would be possible even on a bigger on-off bike. It can take up to 8 hours of slow pace riding.
