On my last trip there no good map were available but now that there is plenty of tour operating there you could contact them and see what they are using .

I just use World Map v.4 and Mongolian Route Atlas work well.

Not sure about maps, but I believe there is a stickied thread with Colebatch's waypoints for Siberia and Mongolia.
