could someone advise me what the available maps are for my Garmin GPS III for a trip from north-mexico to panama this october,

The GPS III can not load maps.
Maybe you have the III+ ?

You are right of course. I mean the III+
besides the worldmap and ordinairy paper ones,
is there anything else I could use?
