RTW GPS!!
 

Going "RTW" , starting this year, I want a GPS where I can get all the map data as I don't plan on taking a laptop. Can anyone advise? Considering BMW Navigator II.

You don't need to take a laptop with you even with a GPS with a small memory. Just take a CD Rom such as Garmin's 'World Map' and upload the countries you want into the unit as you go along. Your sure to meet people who have a PC or laptop perhaps someone from a Horzons community. It would be a good excuse to meet people. I managed to get our route all through Europe and into Northern India on a Garmin 3+.
