Uploadable Africa map data for Garmin GPS 3 +
 

Hi

I am travelling from London to Capetown in October and I am looking for really good map data of Africa and the Middle East for my Garmin 3+. I already have the Mapsource World map but I am looking for more detailed map data if it is available. Does anyone have any good suggestions?
