Argelia-entering Oran port - im not the owner of car
 

Hi there i remember last time i went to morocco with a company car, i had to make a declaration from the owner of the car saying that he allow me to drive it and take it to morocco , that was stamped here at the embassy .
In fact in Tangier city port they never asked for the declaration but i had it with me .


Now I'm planing entering Algeria coming from oran Almeria, does anyone knows if there is any "official" declaration or procedure to enter algeria with a company (not yours ) vehicle ?

You will definitely need something to prove you have permission if you are not the owner/registered keeper of the vehicle.
I'd start with whatever documents you had for Morocco.
