Assekrem to Hirhafok - rough track ?
 

Hi,

I am planning to drive from Tam via Assekrem to Hirhafok.
Has anybody used this road in the past? Is it really nearly unpassable.

Drove this route 2 months ago (after the rains). No difficulties - it's not the best, but not the worst either. Would be difficult with a 2wd, or anything low to ground. Go for it, no worries...

just met some germans who had had a lot of fun driving UP it in landrovers. we were on bikes and went down the west side which is tougher than the north was last year.
