Atlantic Route Update
 

Hello all,

Found lots of useful info here when planning our trip, so thought I'd share what we found out with you all. The full info is at http://www.africabybike.org/atlantic.html, but to summarise, there's not been much progress on the new NDB-NKC route since the latest update on Sahara Overland, just a bit more tarmac around the border area. (The new junction is now fully operational). Lots of 2WDs making it through on the new road to NKC but it was hard on a (pedal) bike!
