Hey there,

Anyone got a working Email address for Chadian Embassy in either France (Paris) or Belgium.

Hi,
I would suggest you to forget about an email.
If you are able to phone then you will be more than lucky!
I don't know about Chad, but I tried to phone the Niger embassy in Paris and New York and it was impossible (I was trying it for several days).
And note that in Paris they only speak french.
The only email I have been able to send and get a reply was to the embassy of Mali in New York.

With all these embassies, everything is by phone or fax (followed by a phonecall!).
