Choum-Nouakchott: Gasoline?
 

Hello,

The Choum-Atar-Nouakchott road in Mauritania is 700km long... Does anyone know about gasoline availability along the way? I would be traveling by motorbike.

There was both petrol and diesel at a real filling station (not out of oil drums) in Atar when we were there last year.

Any gasoline available South of Atar (towards Nouakchott), like in Akjoujt? There are still 430km from Atar to Nouakchott...;-)

Yes there is fuel in Akjoujt

Last year there was only diesel available in Akjoujt, no Petrol!
