After some research and contacting authorities in Libya(and if I understand it right as there seem to be few teories here) small group of bikers can travel without a guide, however if you travel by car you do need a guide. For groups over 4 people you need to be accompanied by a policeman as well. But can't guarantee that.... |

I thought you couldn't get into Tunisia without a guide. How do you get into Tunisia to get into Libya then? |

When people are talking about 'transit visa in Tunisia' - they are still talking about the Libyan transit visa.
No visa required, for tourism, for nearlay anyone visiting Tunisia. Sam. |
