hi, we are in mali making our way to algeria, does anyone know if the change/accept usa dollars, at banks or wherever, i,m running low on euro;s, thanks, sharon

ask around in bars and restaurants .....you'll get about 20% more than in banks. algerians want euros and dollars (which they cant get the official way) for travel/business to/with europe!
